Our facility provides 6 private sauna suites each made from a unique luxurious lumber.
A sauna session lasts 40 minutes.

The Science Behind the Heat
When you enter the sauna, your body begins to warm itself and increase its core body temperature. This leads to more blood and oxygen flow throughout the 60,000 miles of vessels in our body. When you breathe deeply this oxygen moves into our bloodstream and is then transported throughout the body to individualized cells where they are utilized to create energy through cellular respiration.
When you leave the Sauna, your body returns to homeostasis by cooling itself down to its normal temperature.

What To Expect
You will have access to your suite for 40 minutes. Towel service will be provided for you and showers are available after you complete your session.

Sauna Rules and Regulations
– Please use the provided towels to sit or lay on during sauna use.
– Enter and Exit Slowly – Surfaces may be slippery
– Increase time gradually. Beginner 10-15 min and Advanced 15-25 min
– Do not exceed 25 minutes.
– Breathe deeply and remain calm to maximize benefits.
– Remove all jewelry, electronics, and shoes before entering the sauna.
– Consult a doctor before use if you have any medical conditions, including heart disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, or pregnancy.
– Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
– Exit immediately if feeling dizzy or nauseous.
– Hydrate before and after sauna use.
– Please close the sauna door completely.
